Yes. Finished notes push to most behavioral-health EHRs. Copy-out, fax, and FHIR R4 / HL7 v2 cover schedule, problems, meds, and notes. Osmind, SimplePractice, and Kalix have a direct integration.

Nextvisit Go is a separate note workspace for non-prescribing providers, including therapists and counselors. It includes live transcription, SOAP, DAP, BIRP, Note Copilot, and EHR copy-out. It does not include prescribing or medication-management workflows. Prescribers use Provider+ or Enterprise on the main Nextvisit platform.

Most clinicians have a usable first note in ten minutes. Nothing to install. Solo practices do not need an onboarding call. Bring a sample note, pick a template, run a test session.

The model was trained on psychiatry, therapy, and addiction-medicine encounters, not a general scribe adapted to psych. Internal scoring across active clinicians is 98%+ on note quality. MSE, polypharmacy, and risk language usually land on the first pass.

You do. We do not train AI on PHI. Nextvisit trains AI on other customer data by default, and customers can opt out. Recordings are ephemeral by default. Export or delete notes anytime. Details are in the Trust Center.
